LIMITED WARRANTY:
At FoamLift, we're here for the long haul, just like our polyurethane foam that stands the test of time. Our warranty is more than a promise; it's our commitment to you, our valued customers. We firmly believe in delivering on our word, and we only make promises that we're confident in keeping.
We continuously set high standards for service, quality, and fair pricing. We're proud to introduce a robust warranty—a comprehensive 5-YEAR WARRANTY. Should any area resettle more than 1⁄2" within 5 years from the completion of our work, FoamLift will return to re-inject, using the same holes, at absolutely no cost to you. We stand behind our work, and this warranty reflects our unwavering commitment to your satisfaction.
This warranty becomes void if you do not seal all cracks and gaps on the slabs and maintain proper backfill along the involved slabs or maintain proper drainage in the lift area. It does foam installed for void filling purposes. Please note that a service fee will apply if we need to return for any reason not covered under this warranty within the five-year period. We're here to ensure your peace of mind and the long-term stability of your concrete surfaces.
