LIMITED WARRANTY:
At FoamLift, we're here for the long haul, just like our polyurethane foam that stands the test of time. Our warranty is more than a promise; it's our commitment to you, our valued customers. We firmly believe in delivering on our word, and we only make promises that we're confident in keeping.
As industry leaders, we continuously set high standards for service, quality, and fair pricing. We're proud to introduce the best warranty in the field—a comprehensive 2-YEAR WARRANTY. Should any areas resettle more than 1⁄4" within two years from the completion of our levelling work, FoamLift. will return to re-pump, using the same holes, at absolutely no cost to you. We stand behind our work, and this warranty reflects our unwavering commitment to your satisfaction.
Please note that a $50.00 service fee will apply if we need to return for any reason not covered under this warranty within the two-year period. This warranty becomes void if you do not follow our recommendations to seal all cracks and joints on the slabs and maintain proper BACKFILL along the involved slabs. It does not cover patches applied to or placed between the slabs, and it does not extend to crack repair performed by the customer or FoamLift. We're here to ensure your peace of mind and the long-term stability of your concrete surfaces.
